Set up a Widget

Using Widgets


  1. Go to the Visitors tab.

  2. Click on the Night Vision Icon in the Top Right Corner.

  3. Click on Agent Workspace Configuration.

  4. Click on the ‘plus’ button to add a new widget.


  5. In the widget editor you will name the widget, select the size of the widget and add the URL which the widget will open to. (Note: For an advanced configuration of a widget click on the SDK link to open the Connection Panel to learn more)

  6. Click Save.  This widget will now appear in the Agent Workspace when a chat starts.
